You must be at least 19 years old (the legal age in Saskatchewan) to enter the Casino premises. You represent that you are not prohibited from entering the casino under Saskatchewan or SIGA regulations, including self-exclusion, involuntary exclusion, or other restrictions.

Casino Rules and Regulations
The Casino operates under the guidelines set by the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) and SIGA. We reserve the right to modify these Terms, casino rules, and regulations without prior notice.

Indemnity and Release
You release the Casino, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from liability for any claims arising from use of our premises, services, or products.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saskatchewan and Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration conducted under Canadian law and jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire understanding between you and the Casino regarding your access to our premises, services, or products.

Amendments and Interpretation
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication. If there is a conflict between these Terms and other published documents, these Terms shall prevail.

Use of Facilities, Services, or Products

Severability Clause
If a court finds that one or more clauses in these Terms are invalid or unenforceable, such clauses shall be severed and the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.

Non-Waiver
Our failure to exercise any right provided under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
